After over a decade in logistics, freight forwarding and customer service operations, I made a deliberate pivot into data and technology — not because I left operations behind, but because I felt I could have a greater impact by bringing data to the decisions that drive them.
That operational background gives me a deeper understanding of the human and business context behind the numbers, which makes the insights I surface more grounded and more actionable.
I'm currently a Data Analyst at Starling Bank, working across MI, reporting and operational data strategy for Customer Operations. Outside of work I am interested in moral philosophy and have a special interest in AI and how this intersects with animal welfare. I also speak English (native) and Spanish (professional working level) and have recently started learning Mandarin (beginner).
